Annotation
In a paper the cookery-book of English anonymous author of the 16th century is under analysis. Recapture consists of 170 recipes. The anonymous author advised how to cook dishes: meat, fish, chicken, desserts. The author of the article comes to conclusion, that English cookery-book of the 16th century was intended for aristocracy and rich people of the Elizabethan Age.
