in article it is a question of institute of the power of the public prosecutor. And differentiation between state-legal institute of Office of Public Prosecutor and institute of the power of the public prosecutor is spent. It is specified in imperfection of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation from December, 29th, 1995 regarding a holiday establishment - Day of the worker of Offi ce of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation. The periodization of history of development of institute of the power of the public prosecutor in Russia is given.
