Annotation
In article on the basis of a comparative method the system of the national legislation of member states of the Eurasian Economic Union is investigated, beginning from labor codes, statute laws, acts of Presidents and finishing with government resolutions. The author puts a problem hierarchical legislative and subordinate regulations, shows distinction in approaches of five compared states and states offers on streamlining of this hierarchy. Ln article non-regulated areas of the labor and related relations in Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzskaya Republic and Russian Federation also come to light and optimum legislative ways of their elimination are proved.
