Annotation

It is shown that the basic procedure of calculation of priorities in Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is equivalent to some “f-deformed” measuring process. The analysis of this process from the point of the theory of measurements was carried out. Simple estimates for error in AHP were obtained.
