Annotation

The article presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of the situation in the field of assessing the effectiveness of state and municipal property management, from 2020 to the present. The purpose of this study was, firstly, to continue the analysis of innovations in the field of state (municipal) property management, and secondly, to identify some of the "bottlenecks" of the existing methodology for assessing the effectiveness of state (municipal) property management and potential risks, which is especially important in the current conditions for the functioning of the Russian economy. Thirdly, the results of the analysis revealed methodological inaccuracies in existing approaches to optimality criteria and performance indicators in the context of solving strategic and urgent problems of our time.
