Annotation

The article analyzes the determining trends in the development of the Russian economy in 2018-2019. The factor analysis of the basic elements of economic dynamics is given. A high level of restrictions on economic growth is stated. The proposals are formulated to intensify the rate of economic growth in the short and medium term
