This article tells about phenomenon of transformation of the goddess Heqet’s cult during the Middle Kingdom on the example of a some spells of “Coffin texts”. Through the analysis of spells 175, 234, 317 and 398, author have would to see, which aspects is innovation of her cult, and which of them was known already from earlier times and changed at Middle kingdom. As a result of studying spells,, we can say that Heqet’s function as guarantor of the revival of the deceased was transformed and acquired new aspects, including associate Heqet with the Hm (w) s.t., that materialize offerings for Ka by voice. Аt the same time, Heqet’s cult was enriched by a new aspects, due to which we could discuss about increasing role of this goddess, and about associated her with some leading gods of the egyptian pantheon.
