The problem of objects of civil law rights has always been a cornerstone topic of civil jurisprudence. In 2007, as part of this series, the book “Objects of Civil-Law Transactions" was published, which investigated the problems of turnover of various objects, including shares in the authorised capital of LLCs, rights of claim, movable and real property. The ongoing transformation and emergence of digital objects, the increasing complexity of civil-law transactions and the changing legal landscape reveal other different legal challenges. This monograph has attempted to analyse the essential characteristics of various objects, including new (non-traditional) objects, intangible goods of property significance, as well as diverse classical objects recognised as property.
