Article is devoted to the analysis of views of M. A. Bakunin and P. N. Tkachyov of a problem of negative influence of the power on the dominating subject and subject object. According to M. A. Bakunin, the power domination spoils any person regardless of his moral and intellectual qualities and from situation in system of domination submission. P. N. Tkachyov considered that the possession of the government can't spoil the good person, and only show negative lines of the bad person. Disagreement between M. A. Bakunin and P. N. Tkachyov on this matter directly results from various understanding these thinkers of human nature and the power.
