Author in his article analyzes the evolution of the philosophical views of Mikhail Bakunin. The author shows that the young Bakunin in 1830, actively defended Hegel's philosophical position, condemned materialism, defended Christianity. Later, in two articles “On Philosophy” he interpreted the philosophy of Hegel to the left position, insisted on the need to change the world. At the turn of 1830—1840’s broke with metaphysics, the philosophy of Hegel, broke off relations with the Slavophiles, who were on a religious basis. In 1860 Bakunin comes to Comte, positivism, materialism. Antiteologizm Bakunin can be explained by the religious crisis of his age and character education.
