Annotation
The article investigates the most probable legal regulations of the Rhodes Sea-law. These were important provisions of the professional activity sailors and merchants in the Greco-Roman period. The initial version of the law rhodians is not known. Research Byzantian and Roman imperial laws, simultaneously with the Greek sources, will allow to better understand the principles organization and legal regulation of sea trade in ancient time.
