Annotation

This article examines the interrelations between different economic, social and political communities within the Peruvian elite. It explores their influence on the theory and the practice of the country’s development. Likewise it analyzes the struggle between various groups of Peruvian establishment and the reasons of their fall from power. The Author attempts to interpret the results of the liberal-reformist activity during «Aristocratic Republic».
