Annotation
The article deals with the foreign policy of the Argentine President H. Yrigoyen (1916–1922), the most famous political leaders before J.D. Peron. Much attention is paid to his attitude towards the World War I, League of Nations and the attempt to assemble in Buenos Aires a Conference of neutral Latin American republics.
