In the year of the 65th anniversary of the Victory the problem of falsification of historic facts has the special sharpness. The facts of falsification act to the detriment of national interests of Russia. The quantity of participants and contemporaries of the Great Patriotic War, capable to inform "the truth of the eyewitness", is promptly reduced. At the same time it is obvious that traditional ways of the report of the information to the audience (the printed matter, "traditional" educational programs) in the conditions of distribution of multimedia technologies can't be considered effective enough.
