Perspectives of agent-oriented modeling of organisational behavior
Annotation
An agent-based modeling in the natural and social sciences have proven to be effective tool for research. For the areas of human resource management and organizational behavior this tools are recognized as not fully implemented. However, in these areas agent-based approach can be used to, on the one hand, easily, and on the other hand, as close as possible to reality, make computer experiments that will take the most important management decisions at different levels of management. This article provides a review of studies that outline the prospects of agent-based modeling of work behavior in an organization. Considering the existing agent-based models and achievements of organizational behavior science, important points for further construction of work behavior model are discussed. The theoretical value of the article is to analyze the methodology of agent-based modeling approach with regard to the field of organizational behavior. The article attempts to gather basic models of organizational behavior, summarize their experience and key areas of application. Practical novelty of the research lies in the latter.
