США и ядерный кризис с Ираном: причины неудачной дипломатии администрации Байдена
Аннотация

Основная цель статьи – определить главные причины неудач в политике Дж. Байдена в отношении Ирана, а также представить определяющие факторы, которые не позволили в период его президентства вернуть США к участию в ядерном соглашении с Тегераном. Статья также направлена на выявление элементов преемственности и изменений в позиции иранского руководства в отношении возрождения СВПД при президенте Эбрахиме Раиси. Сделан краткий обзор расширения и укрепления ирано-китайских связей, что, несомненно, имело решающее значение для экономического выживания Ирана. Исследуется влияние отношений США и Ирана на связи между Тегераном и Москвой, показана роль России в переговорах по иранской ядерной программе. Делается вывод, что администрации Дж. Байдена не удалось сдержать ядерные амбиции Тегерана, а давний кризис распространения на Ближнем Востоке остался неразрешённым.
