Identification and development of children's giftedness: regional experience
Annotation

The article discusses the issues of identifying and developing the giftedness of children in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), compiling a database based on the analysis of the observation log, and a program for developing the child's abilities, taking into account data from the parents; creation of a work system for the disclosure and development of the giftedness of each child through the implementation of education in five areas; modeling the educational environment for the development of general giftedness, the formation of a scientific and methodological base for the effective implementation of projects, innovative programs. The conditions providing the development of abilities and giftedness in children at different age periods are highlighted. The author studies results of the introduction of effective tools for the early development of children, taking into account the peculiarities of the socio-cultural, educational ecosystem of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia); creation of open systems, accessible and qualitatively new for parents, children and teachers, systems of assistance in the development of the intellectual and creative potential of children using the developed programs.
