Motivating monitoring as an element of the education quality management system
Annotation

The article considers the main aspects of the formation of a methodology for motivating monitoring of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, focused on obtaining complete and reliable information, which is the basis for making adequate management decisions in the education quality management system. A system of indicators and motivations is present. The areas of evaluation of data of Motivating monitoring of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are divided into 3 blocks: 1) creating conditions for achieving results - assessing the quality of work of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in a direction that provides educational and educational results; 2) achievement of educational and educational results - assessment of the contribution of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to the achievement of strategic educational and educational results of the country's education system; 3) organization of work processes - assessment of the quality of administrative work and executive discipline of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The article also provides a calculation formula for the formation of ratings of subjects of the Russian Federation. The authors propose a discussion on the prospects for the development of the education quality management system and the feasibility of expanding the scope of monitoring to the municipal and institutional levels.
