Qualimetric approach to assessing the quality of support and support of continuing education of teaching staff: managerial aspect
Annotation

 The modern understanding of the complexity of the treatment of continuing education, its personality-developing nature, creative embodiment, institutional support and step-by-step development are mentioned. The substantiation of the basic theoretical foundation of this study is based on the characteristics of municipal, the specificity of the study on the quality of education and its criteria and indicators. Based on the application of the qualimetric approach, the algorithm of the quality assessment process, its stages – conceptualization, processing, evaluation, etc. is described. The results of the study are presented in the form of evaluation procedures, development of educational and developmental effects, criteria and indicators of productive support for continuing education of teaching staff.
