In this first instalment of the Oriental Tea Party, a section dedicated to interviews with Orientalists and major promoters of science and education, OC happily presents one of the members of its editorial board—deputy Dean of the Oriental Faculty of the State University of Academic Sciences (SUAS), Evgenia V. Kuznetsova. Marrying the established traditions of Russian sciences to the latest learning trends unfolding in higher school, Dr Kuznetsova, together with the Dean of the Oriental Faculty SUAS, Academician Vitaly V. Naumkin, began to reform the Oriental Faculty. In this interview she gave to the OC, Dr Kuznetsova talks about the main ways in which the Faculty is improving today.
