Annotation
The methodology of construction of indicators of the main directions of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation is formed and tested. The novelty of the results is determined by the fact that these indicators are based on the basis formed using the characteristics of regional differentiation. The scheme of interrelation of the main indicators of social and economic development is constructed. Groups of indicators characterizing two directions which are "production of goods and services" and "material welfare" are allocated in this scheme. It is noted that for some mining regions there is a weak correspondence of ranks in two directions, as the indicator of the direction "production of goods and services" does not take into account natural resource rent. The econometric models allowing to estimate the natural resource rent of mining regions are constructed. Показано, что корректировка индексов этих регионов с учетом оценок природной ренты позволяет значимо повысить взаимосвязь индикаторов двух направлений. It is shown that changing of the indexes of these regions taking into account the estimates of natural resource rent can significantly increase the relationship between indicators of two directions.
