Annotation
The paper considers the use of simulation games in teaching future managers to influence their goal-setting strategies. The aim is to encourage actors in market economy to take into account and respect interests of other participants of economic interaction in order to work out “ideal strategies” and Nash equilibrium. To measure the ability to act in agreement a special Index of Social Partnership is proposed and its calculation, based upon the results of the simulation games, is explicated. Further, possible ways of extending the determinability of the degree of “teamwork” to the situations of collective leadership of an economic entity with the help of an analogous index are outlined.
