Annotation

The article explores the quality of labor regulations, which are established for a certain period, outgoing of the new terms for the labor law doctrine: “work for certain period”, “work for uncertain period”: it is established that ILO recommendation № 166 (1982) are respositle only for those employment contracts, that are established for work for the certain period. The factorial tasis of their termination is not “the end of contract term”, but “the end for the work for the certain period”. It follows that the legal institution “fixed-term employment contract” should be substituted by the legal institution “employment contract for the work for the fixed period”.
