Creation of system of a quality management in banks has a number of the features connected with specificity of a bank product and service. One of unresolved problems of quality management in bank sphere for today is standardization of checking process. In the given area present clause also is devoted to the analysis of processes. In the paper features are analyzed and main framework of control organization over processes of creation banking products and services compliant with consumer needs is proposed.
