All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference «Electronic Resources and Scientific periodicals: transformation of scientific communication in the era of digital technologies» was devoted to discussing topical issues of changing scientific communication in the context of digitalization, as well as new approaches and technologies in the creation, dissemination and use of electronic resources and scientific periodicals in the educational and scientific space of higher education. The conference program included plenary and breakout sessions, where experts – scientists, teachers, representatives of the publishing world and developers of educational technological products – shared their experience and knowledge, presented practical cases and discussed the prospects for the development of scientific communication.
