Annotation

The article examines one of the types of communication in the early modern Russia – the private correspondence of the nobles, which was carried out by them in the course of their managerial activities. The analysis of the sources showed that such correspondence was actively included in the state communication and administrative resources. it was also one of the most important tools of the management activities of the representatives of the noble class.
